My First One!!!

On the way home from Bear Lake I saw my very first moose! It was just a baby but it was still cool. This isn't a very good shot of it but I just wanted to share the news.

Bear Lake

Last weekend we headed through the canyon up to Tyson's cabin. The boys cooked us dinner. It was delicious!! I think someone ate a couple cookies too.

Hardware Ranch

Last Monday we took a trip over to Hardware Ranch. One word could describe our afternoon: Freezing. Well maybe I could describe it in a few more words. I'm slightly attracted to Cougars.
The end of the night wasn't as enjoyable...Morgan's permanent retainer became not so permanent. Justin's dad cut it out with a pair of pliers. Haha...

Date Night

Haley and I hadn't seen each other for 3 weeks!! Hard to imagine the pain we were feeling... So on Friday night we decided to take each other out on a date. She came to pick me up and we headed over to Iron Gate Grill for a great dinner. We were going to see a movie but we wanted to spend more time talking to each other and you're not supposed to talk in movies for some reason. So we headed over to Casper's for a little treat. We love treats! Maybe we should find some men...

Quote of the Week

This quote is from last week but I had to save it because it was so profound. We were driving home from the Jazz game the other day and were talking about everyone's current relationships. For some reason that no one is quite sure of Tyson says:

"Women are like elk. You gotta find 'em and then tag 'em."

Wildcard...

The Redskins lost today against the Seahawks which was a big bummer...but Kirsten and Jack looked quite smashing in their matching jerseys.

I don't know if it's funnier to just straight up post the best quote from the week or if it's funnier with the background story. Morgan was about to cut his hair so she snapped on the cape and I guess it was a little too tight for the big guy... She asked why midgets? "It wasn't tight enough to kill me, so it felt like a midget with his small, weak hands."

New Year's at the Farm

An adventure at the "Farm" is always had. Haley's boyfriend Jake was in charge of NYE entertainment....he failed but Haley, Morgan, and I sure delivered. This is Jake...he says hello.Dont judge us...or ask us any questions.

Freezing Fun!

I had a fun-filled weekend of coldness. Friday night we went up to Twin Lakes and went ice fishing. We didn't catch anything but the fun had is all that matters. Saturday we went up to the Cub River Ranches and played in the snow. I stayed in the house with the moms most of the time but I did go out and make a snow angel that someone has been waiting for three years to see. I did it!

The warm attire was definitely limited but I think we look dang good!
